An absolute classic, we made the Soho sling with a great local gin - Salcombe Gin - for a styled shoot at Brickhouse Vineyard, and garnished with thinly sliced apple and sprigs of thyme. The Soho Sling makes a great cocktail for a wedding, be that a refreshing welcome drink, a stylish alternative toast drink, or a signature cocktail for a couple who love gin.

The Autumn Elegance Styled Shoot at Brickhouse Vineyard was such a wonderful experience - the venue is an incredible wedding location in South Devon and we got to work with such a fantastic team of fellow suppliers on this photoshoot.

This cocktail is fairly light to drink considering the volume of alcohol, and so a great, refreshing drink to get any party started.

Ok, woah - Crème Brûlée lovers, this one’s for you!

This dessert cocktail is pretty flipping special, and I had the perfect ingredient chilling in the fridge – advocaat!

I know I know, you hear advocaat and you immediately think we’ve travelled back several decades in time, but I think advocaat is a seriously underrated superstar.

The Mudslide is a classic, creamy crowd-pleaser that you really can’t go wrong with, and technically speaking it isn’t a Christmas cocktail, but I associate it with Christmas because it’s the one time of the year when we all give ourselves a total hall pass on calorie counting, and this is a cocktail that you do not want to count the calories on!

This cocktail would make a great welcome drink for a festive event or wedding, or a refreshing mid-afternoon pick-me-up on Christmas day, to reinvigorate everyone after the post-lunch snooze.

This cocktail is also extremely easy to make, so perfect for when you’re entertaining and want something quick and simple.

A delicious festive cocktail for all to enjoy. When we originally heard about the simnel sour cocktail, I had to try it out immediately. That was at Easter, and I absolutely LOVED it, so I have been eagerly awaiting the opportunity to shake up a few more of these again, and now that Christmas is here, that time was this weekend!
