In response to the COVID-19 pandemic and the associated limitations on weddings and ceremonies for the foreseeable future, we have created two cost-effective packages so that you can still enjoy the experience of a bar at your more intimately sized wedding, meaning you don’t have to compromise on this part of your big day.
THE RULES (CURRENTLY)

Following the roadmap announcement on the 22nd February 2021, we understand the plan is as follows regarding weddings and ceremonies, assuming all factors go to plan in the meantime:
8th March - wedding ceremonies, up to 6 (exceptional circumstances)
29th March - wedding ceremonies, up to 6 people
12th April - wedding ceremonies & receptions, up to 15 people
17th May - wedding ceremonies & receptions, up to 30 people
21st June - Unlimited 🥳

Intimate Wedding Bar Hire Packages
Our Intimate Wedding Drinks Packages are designed to include everything you could need, bar and drinks wise, for your big day. These packages are pre-paid, the details of each element tailored to your personal taste, and on the day we take care of every little detail.

Hire of the Horsebox Bar
2x bar staff for the duration of your reception
All relevant insurances and licensing
Glassware, service, clear up and cleaning
The ability to tailor your package (e.g. which welcome drinks & wines you’d like)
Gold
Each person receives:
1x Welcome drink
1/2 Bottle allocation of table wine
1/2 Bottle allocation of bottled spring water
1x Prosecco toast
1x Drink tokens

30 people: £795.00
Platinum
Each person receives:
2x Welcome drinks

1x Champagne toast

Alternatively, you may opt for a cash bar, for £350.00. We can also add single drink package elements to this for you, such as welcome drinks, which can be quoted for, please contact us.
